By using the Texas Bin Works website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Texas Bin Works provides curbside trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services in Montgomery and Walker Counties, Texas. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

2. Service Requirements

  • Bins must be placed at the curb on your scheduled trash pickup day to receive service.

  • Bins must be empty at the time of service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible and safely positioned.

  • Texas Bin Works is not responsible for missed service if bins are not at the curb.

3. Recurring Plans & Billing

  • Monthly and quarterly plans are billed on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your plan at any time with no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee is limited to one re-service per incident.

5. Limitation of Liability

Texas Bin Works is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins, property damage caused by conditions beyond our control, or indirect/consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant Texas Bin Works permission to access your curbside area solely for the purpose of cleaning your bins on scheduled service days.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Walker County, Texas.
